Fumihiko Ike

Role: Fumihiko Ike was appointed Outside Director of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2023.

Experience: Fumihiko joined NTT DATA Corporation in 2020, following nearly 35 years at Honda Motor Co., Ltd., where he held several key positions. His roles at Honda included the Chief Operating Officer for Power Products Operation, Chief Financial Officer, President and Director of Asian Honda Motor Co., Ltd., and Chairperson of Honda Motor Co., Ltd.

Through his expertise in automobile company management, he also acted as the President of the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association from 2014 to 2016.

Additional information: Fumihiko is also a member of the Board of Directors (Outside Director) for Eisai Co., Ltd., a pharmaceutical company and for Resona Holdings, Inc., a banking holding company.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the Faculty of Foreign Studies at Sophia University.
