What you'll be doing

 

  • Technical support and maintenance activities for the applications that we are responsible for
  • Work with the PIC Processes of the customer (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) 
  • Communicate and cooperate with the users and the customer  
  • Participate in daily meetings with the team, weekly meetings with the customer 
  • Perform problem analysis and documentation, root cause analysis, logs analysis 
  • Solve the issues and tickets that arise in daily business 
  • Find performance issues in time and solving the problems proactively 
  • Communication with 1st level/3rd level and other support and development groups
     

What you'll bring along

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the application management services field with Windows, Linux and Oracle SQL
  • Experience with AWS would be nice to have
  • ITIL Certification represents a plus

Human capital management typically involves a range of processes related to managing an organization's workforce, including areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and more. The cloud-based platform that you are working on would provide businesses with a centralized solution for efficiently managing these processes and improving overall workforce management.
 


What you'll be doing
 

 

  • Work under Agile methodologies in an international team 
  • Plan and describe the backlog together with the product owners
  • Requirement analysis, coding, design, implementation, problem analysis and technical documentation for the Software as a Service platform
  • Creating automated test approaches and strategies to maintain an appropriate quality level within your team
  • Code reviews with an emphasis on non-functional requirements and adherence to architectural principles

 
What you'll bring along
 

 

  • A University degree or advanced diploma in a software engineering-related discipline, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience on a similar position is required

What you'll be doing

 

  • Work in an exciting environment with internal and external feature teams according to the Agile Working Model
  • Be responsible for project management for connecting external partners for new vehicle projects or series and coordinate our internal and external contacts
  • Be responsible for the further development of EDI processes for international plants
  • Advise our departments on process design and are the first point of contact for all topics in the EDI environment

  • Together with the team, you ensure the secure operation of our EDI system

 

What you'll bring along

 

  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in a similar role
  • Degree in computer science or comparable qualification

The responsibility of this role is to work with solution architects and Tech leads to develop customer self service capabilities for Novitas project. This involves creation, modification and maintenance of Novitas backend application modules and web application’s user interface. You will report into the NTT DATA Service Delivery Manager at the client’s site. 
Technology Domain includes Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, SOAP Web services, REST web services, Hibernate, Junit, JBOSS, Oracle, HTML5/CSS3,  Bootstrap, Karma, Jasmine, Hudson/Jenkins & other continuous integration tools, TDD, BDD, Linux, production infrastructure design, Agile/Kanban. 
 

 

What you'll be doing

 

 

  • Providing accurate timing estimates on work.
  • Contributing to documentation (instructional, pitch and technical specification)
  • Code configuration (SVN) management that includes creating branch, taking build, merging to trunk, etc.
  • Discussing technical solutions with clients and providing innovative new ideas to solutions
  • Liaise with project manager with regards to delivery schedule, issue and risk management
  • Liaise with development teams (offshore/onshore) in addressing queries during build
  • Liaise with testing teams (offshore/onshore) in triaging defects, defect assignment and tracking
  • Developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code
  • Interacts with various teams/Client personnel to explain or influence decisions on complex situations.
  • Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in a software engineering-related discipline (preferably in Computer Science); or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in IT

Our client is undertaking a strategic programme “Sequoia” to transform the Workplace Pensions core administration platform (FPF), improve resiliency and deliver better customer outcomes.

The current level of Microservice capability is 8-10 Spring Boot Microservices complete with full CI/CD pipelines in place.

• Software Architecture: Coaches teams in the design of loosely coupled architectures using established design patterns. Enables teams to build, test and deploy applications independently, frequently and reliably. Guides teams to build systems that are easy to automate. Designs with consideration for failure modes and non-functional requirements. Makes design decisions that minimise the cost of future changes • Security: Fosters a security first mindset within their own teams, and leads by example. Works with security and engineering teams to refine their approach to secure coding, ensures practices align with the L&G security strategy
• CI/CD: Leads the design of automated build and deployment pipelines. Guides engineering teams to identify areas of waste or duplicated effort. Guides teams to identify opportunities for improvement to existing CI/CD processes. Advocates for common tooling and practices 

 

What you'll bring along

 

• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in a software engineering-related discipline (preferably in Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar position

  • Perform problem analysis and documentation, root cause analysis, logs analysis 
  • Solve the issues and tickets that arise in daily business 
  • Find performance issues in time and solving the problems proactively 
  • Communication with 1st level/3rd level and other support and development groups

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

The IT Equipment Implementation project is an integral part of the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) initiative aimed at enhancing the infrastructure for Johnson & Johnson sites. The project focuses on implementing changes and upgrades to IT equipment, routers, wireless controllers, and WLAN access points across various locations.
 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Conduct thorough assessments of current hardware environments across various client sites throughout the Europe region
  • Collaborate with local site owners to gather necessary information and configurations in alignment with the agreed scope of work
  • Develop comprehensive plans of approach in conjunction with the client's technical counterparts
  • Prepare technical change documents and runbooks, ensuring accuracy and clarity in deployment procedures
  • Create deployment activity plans outlining timelines, resources, and milestones
  • Stage hardware devices by configuring and labeling them appropriately in preparation for deployment
  • Execute planned hardware replacements during scheduled maintenance windows, either remotely or on-site, coordinating with field engineers as necessary
  • Demonstrate autonomy in work, taking initiative to problem-solve and adapt strategies as needed
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field engineers during physical installations, ensuring adherence to project objectives and timelines

 

What you'll bring along
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minumum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in LAN technologies, with a minimum certification of CCNA level in Cisco networking. CCNP certification is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco campus switching and routing protocols
  • Expertise in Catalyst switching technologies, including configuration and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex technical environments and develop strategic solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of liaising effectively with both internal teams and external clients
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Willingness to travel to client sites within the Europe region as needed

For our end customer in the automotive industry in Germany, we are currently looking to expand our Infrastructure Team wih enthusiastic and commited collegues.

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Provide operational support, track update and resolve all assigned incidents, changes and problem reports in the incident management system, ensuring that documentation is thorough, accurate and meets a standard of high quality
  • Log Incidents accurately and establish and record root cause upon resolution of outages
  • Properly escalate incidents in a timely manner per support guidelines and procedures
  • Proactively monitor, recognize, analyze, isolate and/or resolve documented hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques
  • Perform deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis and reporting tools
  • Deliver remote planned maintenance activities in line with the Maintenance Schedule, following documented processes and procedures, including roll back 
  • Manage patch management processes and support remote systems including Citrix, GENUA, and Netsupport Manager
  • Maintain PXE Network boot functionality, SCANTool, HEAT patch management, and ACRONIS backup and recovery systems
  • Utilize Deployment Scripting Solution NetUpdate for deployment tasks
  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to hardware, network and system configuration, mapping, and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Identify and resolve communication hardware and software related failures and issues
  • Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting of network problems and incidents
  • Oversee/perform new and existing equipment, hardware and software upgrades
  • Participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation

 

What you'll bring along

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering 
  • Minimmum 1-3 years of experience on a similar role is required 
  • Expert knowledge in IT infrastructure and related technologies
  • Experience with client operating systems (Windows 10/11, Linux, Android, Windows embedded)
  • Scripting knowledge (powershell, vbscript, BAT)
  • Technical experience with Windows (including administration of clients with Windows AD and GPOs)
  • Familiarity with the creation of desktop images/deployment process, Hardware such as servers, networks, storage etc.,
  • Server operating systems such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, Network and Oracle
  • Knowledge of corporate networks and ITIL processes and experience
  • Experience in the automotive industry is nice to have

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a FI Consultant with S/4 and localization experience
  • SAP FI consultant is mainly responsible for designing, building, and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions; leading analysis and design in the SAP FI area, often in close cooperation with the client's finance team
  • Must have worked on a couple of end-to-end implementations projects
  • Understanding the business requirement of the organization
  • Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the project
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI configuration; SAP CO would be an added advantage
  • Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules
  • Ideally experienced in working in virtual teams and international environment
