CEBU-based Distribution Company successfully goes live with Microsoft Dynamics NAV from NTT DATA Philippines

Cebu-based Distribution Company has gone live on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 implemented by NTT DATA Philippines. The two companies worked together to ensure a smooth and successful Go Live for this Marketing Company. This Company is a Cebu-based organization directly engaged in the business of importation, marketing, and distribution of general merchandise in wholesale and retail in the Philippines. It has established offices and warehouses strategically located around the archipelago to ensure that the products reach their end consumers in the best condition.
On choosing NTT DATA Philippines to facilitate the implementation of Dynamics NAV 2009, General Manager of this Customer comments :

Scheduled in October 2012, Go Live was completed successfully and on time, due to fantastic collaboration between the implementation team from this Customer and the Consultants at NTT DATA Philippines. The key drivers for this project were the inaccurate tracking of inventory movements due to varying SKU’s of their products and expiration dates of snack items. There was also no seamless integration of key processes for supply chain management with their existing in-house developed and third party financial systems.
Leveraging on the successful implementation of Dynamics NAV, this Distribution Company is now able to track inventory properly which they can do in minutes instead of days. They can also monitor collection efficiently that enables Ceed to see outstanding balances and credit limits of their distributors before processing orders. They were also able to generate financial reports real time including those mandated by BIR.
