NTT DATA Philippines swings for this year’s PIRA Insurance Commissioner’s Cup

NTT DATA Philippines announces its support for Philippine Insurers and Reinsurers Association’s (PIRA) 2nd Insurance Commissioner's Cup Golf Tournament on 29 July 2022 that will be held at Canlubang Golf and Country Club in Calamba Laguna. The event is organized together with the Insurance Institute for Asia and the Pacific (IIAP) and the Philippine Insurers Club (PIC).

The tournament provides industry practitioners, clients, friends, and acquaintances the chance to network among themselves in a spirit of cooperation, collaboration, and friendly competition. Just like the last Commissioner’s Cup in 2018, this year's tournament will be played on a System 36 format and will again be open to all golfers, regardless of handicap.

NTT DATA Philippines serves as this year’s patron and will be joining the tournament with three nominees representing the company including its COO Yukihiro Uchida.

NTT DATA Philippines has a long-standing partnership with PIRA as they manage the latter’s Certificate of Cover Authentication Facility (COCAF) which was designed to address the concern regarding fake and duplicate COCs and has since evolved into a system that interfaces with the government stakeholders such as LTO, BIR and IC.
