Project CebONEa in action: NTT DATA’s innovative solution for P.J. Lhuillier go-live

Manila, Philippines – NTT DATA Partnered with P.J Lhuillier, Inc (PJLI), the parent company of microfinancial services giant Cebuana Lhuillier, in the implementation of the SAP solutions-S/4HANA (ERP System) & Ariba (Procurement System) early this year.

Project CebONEa aims to help PJLI to further enhance their procurement process by better management of their Sourcing events and Suppliers. Part of this is a unified integrated system that fast-track the procurement department’s delivery of service to its 8,000-strong workforce by introducing the following capabilities: track and trace their sourcing requests (via Sourcing Module) and orders (via SNAP Module) until completion. Meanwhile, PJLI suppliers can now send all documentary requirements, check status of their accreditation, and performance ratings via Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP) Module. The goal of the Shared Services Center (SSC) is to automate and digitize the previous manual processes that hamper the delivery of service.

This is still in line with the company’s journey towards digital transformation.

NTT DATA and PJLI celebrated the first milestone of the project on the first day of August 2022; two modules from SAP Ariba - 1) Supplier Lifecycle and Performance and 2) Sourcing. The other SAP Ariba module, which is Snap Buying went live and completed the following month.
