Robotic Process Automation (i.e. RPA) has been highly regarded as a breakthrough in robotic solution for workflow automation, and has been favored by an increasing number of enterprises all over the world. With the outstanding features, RPA is helping thousands of companies “digest” a huge amount of data quickly and accurately, and hereby, leads them to optimize resources during their digital transformation in the context of the 4.0 Technological Revolution.
In the recent 3-4 years, RPA has gained more reputation for its outstanding advantages. But just like any other solution for business, it is always crucial to monitor the RPA implementation in order to ensure that enterprises can benefit the most from their RPA investment. Therefore, the participation of an experienced and professional service team plays an important role. Understanding this needs, and to meet the increasing demands of the enterprise customers specially in South East Asia, NTT DATA organized multiple training programs in Tokyo, starting from May 2019. Sharing with the reporter about the origin of the training program, Mr. Satoshi Takeda, Senior Manager of NTT DATA, said: “Japan is often known for the highest customer service in the world. To be able to deliver this level of quality, we have our standardized model from top to bottom to ensure all our customer requirements are met in time and with dedication. Obviously, the Japanese model cannot be applied literally everywhere and customization to fit in the local environment is of vital importance. Therefore, we want to build a local team of specialists to respond to all customer requests in the region timely and professionally all in the Japanese standard.”

Nguyen Van Quan, the Team leader of the Vietnamese CoE shared with us: “I’m truly impressed with the workflows that have been systematically organized from the top leaders to the employees. They can make sure that all QA and technical issues are well taken care of. This is the experience I want to bring back to Vietnam to support our current customers better.”
