Dr. Johnson is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Colorado, Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. She studies the intersection of leadership and diversity, focusing on how unconscious bias affects the evaluation of leaders, as well as strategies that leaders can use to mitigate bias. She has published over 70 journal articles and book chapters in outlets such as Harvard Business Review, Journal of Applied Psychology and The Academy of Management Journal. She currently contributes to Bloomberg, Forbes, and Harvard Business Review.
