Head of Sustainability, Banca Mediolanum
Gianluca Randazzo joined Mediolanum in 1997 and contributed to launch CRM services when Banca Mediolanum was founded. He has been in charge of sustainability-related development for the Mediolanum Group since 2014. He supports the Board of Directors in designing and implementing sustainability strategies, handles the relationship with stakeholders, promotes and coordinates projects on environmental issues, draws up the non-financial statement and organizes the activities of Fondazione Mediolanum Onlus. He has been a board member of the Management Committee of Fondazione Italia Sociale since May 2019 and a member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Mediolanum Onlus since January 2020.
