Role: Nobuyuki Tainaka was appointed Director and Audit & Supervisory Committee Member of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2023.

Experience: Nobuyuki joined NTT DATA Group Corporation (formerly NTT DATA) in June 2023. Before that, he had been working for Canon Inc., a global manufacturer of digital cameras, printers, medical devices and others, since April 1986. He served as an executive officer of Canon from April 2014 to March 2023. He had been engaged in M&A projects, litigations and other legal matters, human resource management matters, and operations of risk management & compliance system and whistle-blowing system in the Canon group.
