NTT DATA Services is currently looking for a Client Delivery Executive (f/m/d) SAP/Healthcare for our growing team in EMEA.

 

Role responsibilities

  • Overall delivery accountability for a major client in the Healthcare/Life Sciences (HCLS) area
  • Responsible for leading/coordinating a team of Client Delivery Executives who drive overall client satisfaction, contracted delivery excellence and POS or better financial performance for a BU, “as sold” financial, SLA, contractual performance for one of our large HCLS clients
  • Protects current revenue and ensures continued business growth by avoiding competitive renewals and cultivating growth opportunities
  • Identifies and assists in closing growth opportunities in the account
  • Negotiates contracts that are executable and able to deliver SLAs and ‘as sold’ financial performance
  • Provides strategic direction oversight for all aspects of delivery in the account
  • Partners with account Client Executives, their leaders and practice Delivery Managers and their leaders to ensure services meet/exceed contractual commitments
  • Coaches and develops talent to achieve growth, profit, NPS and contractual performance goals
  • Senior leadership standard requirements for communication, leadership, relationship building, P&L, problem solving, etc.
  • Recognized as an influential and strategic delivery leader by the client and within NTT DATA.
  • Ensures service delivery leadership, performance, governance, and reference-ability is provided across the portfolio

 

Key skills

  • Multiple years of relevant experience in Service delivery management/as Client Delivery Executive (or similar role)
  • Several years of experience in client management
  • Ability to lead and influence across large, cross-functional, and global teams
  • Experience in project and program management
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare/Life Sciences area
  • Advanced experience with project and program financial management, budgeting, cost management
  • Knowledge in the SAP and Data/Data Migration space
  • Experience defining and negotiating contract terms
  • Ability to communicate clearly and present to senior leadership

 

Travel

In this position, you will be required to be on site in Switzerland (Basel region) approx. 2 days/week.

    Role Overview The Service Desk Agent advises and assists users over the phone/chat/email  in solving problems related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals using available technology and internal processes & procedures. Screens, diagnoses, research, and resolves user issues. Documents service requests and dispatches orders to support groups for problem resolution. Advises users on the interpretation of Information Technology (IT) policies, capabilities, limitations, etc. Provides quick response to ensure maximum uptime of all users.  

     

    Role Responsibilities

    • Manages customer interactions & records reported issues in the ITSM
    • Identifies issues, apply fixes and investigate root causes using internal instructions.
    • Provides technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems by telephone and e-mail
    • Screens, refers and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests relating to PC maintenance
    • Participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization, to ensure that all on-line system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner

     

    Key Skills

    • Ideally University education, preferably technical degree, or Microsoft certifications
    • Awareness of Microsoft Operating Systems local and remote administration and Microsoft Office family applications
    • Experience of providing remote IT support is an advantage
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems by investigating potential solutions using troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Fluency in Polish and English language
    • Flexibility to work shifts if required

    Responsibilities:               
    ·      Responsible for detailed design, development/unit testing and integration of applications 

    ·      Produce scalable and flexible, high-quality code that satisfies both the functional and non-functional requirements
    ·      Develop configurable software services that support applications integrates to enterprise services
    ·      Identify technical issues & coordinate the resolution of these issues with extended team members from other applications
    ·      Uses secure development best practices and design patterns 
    ·      Create or update design and systems documentation for developed or modified services or programs
    ·      Create process and data flow diagrams for data movement capture

    Requirements:

    IBM MDM Java (BOBJ) development experience is a must 
    ·         Experience in Configuring Websphere development environment Familiarity with Customer, Customer/Vehicle Relationship, Vehicle and Employee domain and custom extensions
    ·         Oracle/SQL and Cloudera Data Lake experience
    ·         Informatica experience a plus

    Includes all developer skills, plus the following:
    ·         Minimum of 7+ years overall IT experience: including 5+ years of web service development and integration experience 
    ·         Strong Automotive OEM experience 

    ·         Solid understanding of various enterprise services and micro-service concepts
    ·         Design, develop, deploy, test and maintain technical assets in SOA environment, web services and integration
    ·         Solid understanding of Enterprise Service Bus concepts
    ·         Experience with DevOps in a cloud environment a plus

      • 3+ years of experience working on cloud platforms - AWS or Azure. Experience with AWS will be a plus

        We are currently seeking a Healthcare User Acceptance Tester to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).

        Overview of job:

        This person will support the Client’s User Acceptance Testing, ensuring the system meets the business requirements and supports the business outcomes.  The person will attend appropriate meetings and review appropriate requirement and design documents to gain understanding of the business requirements.  This person will leverage subject matter expertise in the review of the project artifacts to provide suggestions where appropriate.  In addition, this person will be expected to work collaborative in the defect resolution process and other project processes collaboratively with NTT DATA, client and other client Partners.

         

        Job Responsibilities Include:

        • The Tester will conduct all testing and evaluation of project initiatives and identify issues in software or services.
        • The Tester will analyze discrepancies in service or performance and make recommendations for product or service updates.
        • As necessary, the Tester will help with UAT testing to plan and organize UAT, coordinate, execute and monitor testing, monitor defects, create defect reports, work with vendors and the state to resolve the defects/bugs.
        • The Tester will ensure software testing is done on-time and as planned and notify management about bottlenecks and other issues and risks. 

         

        Basic Qualifications:

        • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
        • 10+ years' experience on one or more Eligibility, Medicaid, or Health and Human Services (HHS) IT projects
        • 5+ years’ experience involved in mid-scale or large-scale system development projects (including using test automation, test strategy, developing and executing test scripts and test plans)
        • 5+ years’ experience in creating and executing detail test scripts for User Acceptance Testing UAT) and / or Systems Integration Test (SIT).  The test scripts must meet the business requirements.

         

        Preferred Skills:

        • Ability to develop effective, positive working relationships with both internal and external contacts.
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
        • Working knowledge of MS Office products, e.g. Word, Excel, and online applications.
        • Defect/bug management and familiarity with defect management tools (HP ALM, Bugzilla, JIRA JAMA etc.)

        • Creating testing requirements from design documents, functional requirements etc.

        Additional Information:

        • Individuals must reside in the greater Chicagoland area
        • The individual should have a dedicated workspace that is conducive to servicing Utility Billing customers as they would if located in the Client space. The workspace should be a dedicated location where they can work unencumbered daily.

        Key Responsibilities

        • Manager will be responsible for managing/ recording detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables.

        • Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.

        Candidate Profile:

        • Should have a span of 50+ resources.
