"We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to design and drive the implementation of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions along with other modules such as ITSM, CMDB, IRM, and SecOps. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in Designing Architectual blueprint, Quality standards, Platform Security and delivering ServiceNow solutions to meet financial industry vertical enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including VR, IRM, ITSM, and security operations.
• Design and implement scalable integrations with tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Tanium, WIZ, NETSPI, Aqua, sync, black duck, Nowsecure, dependency track, checkmarx, noname and other scanners
• Develop strategic roadmaps for ServiceNow module implementations and platform optimization.
• Lead the creation of technical frameworks, custom data models, and workflows.
• Oversee and guide technical teams during project execution and delivery.
• Ensure alignment of ServiceNow implementations with business objectives, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular performance and security audits of implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform custom solutions, including hands-on implementation and architecture design.
• 6+ years of Deep expertise in custom VR, IRM, ITSM, and security solutions and integrations.
• Strong background in integrating ServiceNow with security tools and scanners.
• Proven experience in solution design, planning, and execution at an enterprise level.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (VR, SecOps, IRM)
• Experience with cloud security tools and advanced vulnerability management processes.

We are currently seeking a Strategic Pursuit Leader to join our Client Growth Office for our large deal pursuits. This is a remote position (US based) and will require travel to clients as needed.
Overview: The Pursuit Leader is a single threaded leader responsible for managing and orchestrating the end-to-end strategic pursuit cycle. They create an account engagement plan and own its execution. During early stages, they will review the client-facing point of view and compelling value propositions and provide feedback from a deal shaping perspective. They influence, orchestrate, and facilitate internal alignment to remove blockers and achieve desired business outcomes.
The Pursuit lead will clearly understand the value drivers, value proposition, transformation angle, stakeholder map (including board relationships), competitive landscape, decision process and timeline, including clarity of the approval path. Based on this, they create an actionable Pursuit Strategy/Win Strategy that clearly articulates what NTT DATA needs to do to win, and continually refresh that as the pursuit progresses. They must continually develop and refine the understanding of “who amongst the client executives need to believe what, and what needs to be true for the client to do the deal with NTT DATA”. They continually leverage the value proposition to align the stakeholders to the value proposition and shape/create a deal. Lastly, from a key renewals perspective, this function will create a process for high value renewals - encompassing assessment, strategy, and execution, and will work with the Industry Leaders to roll it out.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation and execution of strategic pursuit engagement plans, collaborating with team members and across the company to ensure continued alignment and action.
- Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to build relationships and gather a deep understanding of the customer’s current needs and challenges.
- Manage customer relationship from origination to closure of complex, multi-tower high value proposals.
- Create win strategies that address the business goals and technology needs of a customer.
- Lead the solution design, construction and orchestration across NTT, partners and client organizations.
- Work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional organization with Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, Client Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure that the proposed solution aligns with the customer's business goals and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of the solution vision, scope, and value proposition.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the enterprise architecture domain and leverage them to create innovative and competitive solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, complex deal pursuit, or consulting sales roles, preferably in the IT services industry.
- 10 years experience of a proven record of accomplishment of managing and closing complex deal cycles that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- 10 years experience in various technology domains, such as cloud, data, security, network, infrastructure, applications, etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.

Our Chief Growth Office seeks an Business Value Director who will support our most complex, strategic, transformational multi-million-dollar pursuits. Will need to possess an entrepreneur approach, think big, out of the box and help shape multi-tower transformations by engaging early and bringing the power of one-NTT to our clients. This is a business transformation role focused on analying business opportunity and relevant "value-add" strategy to reimage
and reinvent client’s businesses leveraging technology and the NTT DATA portfolio of services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand client’s business strategy, vision and objectives
- Dive Deep into client’s business processes, KPIs
- Understand trends, headwinds, pain points, value chains, and opportunities in the industry and the client
- Develop the “Art of Possible” hypothesis for transformation, C-suite engagement strategy, executive narratives, investment justifications, value cases and business cases
- Create a reusable library of repeatable assets, models and frameworks
- Act as a trusted advisor both internally and to client’s business leaders
- Utilize a consultative approach to present business cases and value propositions demonstrating the value and benefits of technology modernization and transformation to the customer
- Work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional organization with Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, and Client Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure that the proposed solution aligns with the customer's business goals and requirements
- Communicate and present the business solution to the client and other stakeholders clearly and compellingly
Qualifications
- 5 years of IT Services or Business Consulting experience in business value consulting, business analysis, sales operations, or a similar role
- 3 years’ experience utilizing methodologies and strategic business analysis to measure financial, strategic and operations benefits to leverage to develop value propositions, business cases, and ROI justifications
- Knowledgeable of technology modernization and transformation concepts, methodologies, and models/frameworks
- Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance; Manufacturing, Commercial, and/or Healthcare industries
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in business value analysis, ROI methodology, or related field is a plus
- MBA is a plus

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $84,800 – 196,200. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
