NTT DATA Named a Leader in NelsonHall's NEAT Report for Salesforce Services

Company recognised for global expansion of capabilities in MuleSoft and industry cloud

TOKYO – June 19, 2024 – NTT DATA, a global digital business and IT services leader, has been named a Leader in the NelsonHall 2024 NEAT Report for Salesforce Services for the fourth time in a row. The company was placed in the Leaders quadrant for its overall ability to deliver immediate benefits and meet future requirements of its Salesforce Services clients.

The NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT) report analyzed the performance of 17 vendors offering Salesforce services on overall performance, as well as specific capabilities across Experience Cloud Services, Field Services, Commerce Cloud Services, Marketing Cloud Services, Revenue Cloud Services, MuleSoft Services, and Vlocity Services.

The report highlighted NTT DATA's strengths in consulting and industry cloud expertise, citing the development of its intellectual property and solutions in Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The company's regional structure of Salesforce capabilities coupled with verticalized practices have enabled strategic engagements with large enterprises across banking, insurance, telecom, utilities and energy, and the public sector.

NelsonHall also showcased the global expansion of NTT DATA's capabilities for high growth Salesforce Services, such as MuleSoft, driven by the company's acquisition of Apisero.
