Background and Overview

NTT DATA Group Corporation established the Advisory Board, comprising outside experts including corporate managers and academics, in July 2012. Over the past five terms (11 years), the Company has received professional advice from a total of 27 experts regarding measures to solve management challenges and expand the global business, and used this guidance in conducting business.

NTT DATA Group Corporation is a holding company established on July 1, 2023, in consideration of the continuous expansion of business in Japan and rapid growth overseas as a result of business integration. As a result, NTT DATA Group has established a framework, premised on a global strategy, to promote innovation, marketing, governance, delivery, and sustainability management based on domestic and overseas needs, business practices, and laws and regulations, and shifted to a system that can respond quickly to changes in the domestic and overseas business environment.

With the aim of obtaining valuable advice on further strengthening the global management structure, ensuring sustainable growth of domestic and overseas businesses, and the enhancement of corporate value, NTT DATA Group has decided to appoint the following individuals as members of the 6th Term Advisory Board.
