Note1: Directors will be officially finalized at the 36th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 18th 2024. Director, Executive Vice Presidents (including CEO) and Organizational Responsibilities will be officially finalized at the board meeting which will be held immediately after the annual general shareholders meeting.
The selection of representative directors and executive officers is determined by the Board of Directors after the 36th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
Note2: As a result of this election, the number of directors will be to 11.
Note3: Mariko Fujii, Fumihiko Ike, Shigenao Ishiguro, Tomoko Hoshi, Nobuyuki Tainaka and Mitsuko Inamasu are Independent Officers based on the rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. NTT DATA Group Corporation plans to register as Independent Director based on the rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
