About Okta's Workforce Identity Cloud Service Delivery Specialization

The Workforce Identity Cloud Service Delivery Specialization showcases an Okta Partner's ability to lead a customer through a successful implementation of Okta's products. A typical Workforce Identity Cloud implementation may include user administration and provisioning, MFA configuration, and application configuration. Integration with Active Directory is a common use case. Connections to HR systems for user lifecycle management are also a core component, as is skillfully leveraging the Okta Integration Network. Participating partners are required to renew their Specializations annually.
