We are currently seeking a Sr. Healthcare Sales Executive (IT Consulting Sales/Life Sciences (Remote) to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).

 

The ideal candidate NTT DATA is seeking has 12+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space and strong relationships in the Life Sciences industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales and technology and/or professional services sales.  Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering the insights, solutions and outcomes that matter most.  We deliver tangible business results by combining deep industry expertise with applied innovations in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.  This is primarily a hunter-type sales role to generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-Suite decision maker level. 

 

Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Sells complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions to include things like regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services and application management/support, digital workplace services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), etc
  • History of success in a sales hunter role with a demonstrated ability to acquire net new logos
  • A passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes and recognized as an expert in the Life Science service solutions industry/industries
  • Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services and ability to articulate the value proposition to clients
  • Creatively sell into large national Life Science accounts and ability to demonstrate successful deal closures
  • Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence C-level executives within the customer organization
  • Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota
  • Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
  • Applies an extremely deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts
  • Understands and applies long-term vision of business/technology direction for NTT DATA
  • Drives services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth
  • Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $12+ million in Revenue
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape for IT services and anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of NTT DATA services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates boardroom executive presence
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40% of the time

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT Services sales and/or professional services sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into enterprise Life Science clients

Scope:

 

A Functional Architect acts as domain expert and advocate for best business practices for the product development team and provides functional thought leadership to QA engineers, testers, and junior FAs.

Has a masterful understanding of the application domain, of customer and user needs, of our existing product suite and of the competitive landscape and uses this foundation to contribute to the product vision for new features and products.

What you’ll do:

 

Creates functional specifications as required and presents the documented requirements to the stakeholders for feedback.

Ensures that the solution design and execution developed effectively meets the business objectives of our customers and end users.

Acts as the hub of the stakeholders (both internal and external) for the application, interfacing with the product management team, stakeholders, customers, services, and platform team.

Contributes to planning and review meeting. Works with product management to scope and prioritize new requirements. Responds to all functional queries both from internal and external sources.

Works with UX designers to create an easier and smoother user experience and advocates aggressively for user experience quality within the company.

Validates new features and their impact on existing features. Demonstrates the new functionality to the stakeholders for feedback.

Participates in planning sessions with key stakeholders, such as the enterprise functional architect, to develop enhancements that support business scenarios which span across JDA products.

Assists in the identification of business scenario data to be used during the development process. Reviews the functional testing requirements of each feature. Provides functional validation to ensure features meet stated requirements.

Reviews test scenarios and test cases. Acting as a SME, reviews the training material for the external organization. Reviews product documentation of both existing and new features.

Responsible for managing product requirements, competitive product analysis, market analysis, product adoption, and integrating with business, engineering and support teams.

Assists PMG with overall corporate product readiness execution to support launches, demo releases, sales readiness, and support awareness trainings.

Assists PMG to support RFP, RFQ, current implementations, demo preparation, demo delivery, and roadmap communications including interactions with SIG and UG.

As a SME, resolves complex functional questions and issues for external and internal customers. Assists PMG to deliver product presentations and webcasts to clients for specialized topics. Assists PMG to train sales and account managers on product features, positioning, and strategy.

What we are looking for:

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in Operations Research(preferable) and minimum 8 to 14 years of experience in enterprise software product development; ideally a candidate that has started as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst or Business consultant and progressed to Functional Architect.

Strong SCM-Planning/Order Fulfillment domain experience in Product Development organization or implementation SCP solution for one or more big manufacturing customers

Works on ensuring the functional correctness and business application of enhancements to the product during the development planning and execution phases.

Focuses on improving the end user experience through reviewing test plans and product documentation and provides the end user perspective to product development associates.

Works with internal and external stakeholders in resolving critical customer issues.

Provides inputs in defect triage meetings and assists team members in troubleshooting the root causes for the complex customer issues and scenarios.

Works with services and support departments if need be to resolve issues

Experience in addressing functional queries both from internal and external sources

n this Role you will be Responsible For
 
Communicate with contracted and non-contracted Providers by providing information and assistance as appropriate.
Assist Providers with interpreting Member eligibility and benefit information
Assist with general question about the existing Programs and Member benefits.
Assist with direction on the available Provider portal, including how to set up accounts, troubleshooting and navigating the website, how to submit and retrieve necessary information.
Handle claim status inquiries, researching and facilitating resolution of payment issues; provider education on remittance advice interpretation and reimbursement, and informing providers of the claims appeals process.
Work closely with the Claims Team in resolving claims discrepancies, inappropriate denials and delays in payments.
Provide providers with eligibility; process authorizations and Exception Requests 
Answer questions regarding authorizations and denials
Meet NTT Call Center Standard Work and performance expectations. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
 
•    Successful completion of Provider Call Center training,
•    Active participation in continuous training,
•    Follow required call scripts and QA requirements.
•    Ability to handle high call volume.
Provide excellent customer service to all callers. Demonstrate a high level of patience and respect with every caller, ensuring each caller is assisted promptly and appropriately and follow Provider Call Center established call handle Quality Assurance Standards and Objectives.
· Assist the Provider Call Center or Provider Services Departments with projects, as needed.
Timely follow up with Providers on cases as needed.
Ensure the privacy and security of PHI (Protected Health Information) as outlined policies and procedures relating to HIPAA compliance.
 
Key Skills:
Excellent customer service skills, including ability to diffuse difficult situations. 
Ability to analyze complex claims data/payments and clearly communicate findings to Providers 
University degree or equivalent that required formal studies of the English language.
1+ year(s) of experience in a service-oriented role where you had to correspond in writing or over the phone with customers who spoke English.
1+ year(s) of experience in a service-oriented role where you had to apply business rules to varying fact situations and make appropriate decisions

Systems Engineering Advisor – Active Directory/Azure AD

Role Overview

The NTT DATA Services Security organization is looking for talented security-oriented Systems Engineering Advisor with strong Active Directory/Azure AD/Identity skills. This role will be part of a larger dedicated security team dedicated to supporting, troubleshooting, upgrading Active Directory, Azure AD and related Identity technologies.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Active Directory designing, Architecture Solutions, Integration with platforms & Applications
  • Develop an architecture of directory solutions for Windows, Unix, and related platforms
  • Experience in consolidations of multiple forest and domains and demonstrated understanding on User accounts, machine accounts, GPOs
  • Understand the requirement and create a migration plan for any services i.e. DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services (PKI) etc.
  • Analyzing the requirement and design a solution to fulfil the requirement with zero impact to other platforms
  • Develop a power shell scripting with AD modules or VB .Net based on the requirements
  • Manage Azure active directory design, Architect Solutions, Integration with platforms & Applications and AD connector to Azure
  • Auditing the security logs and integrating with SIEM
  • Conducting POC with multiple vendors for AD solutions and prepare detailed test cases. Create a clear recommendation document with pros and cons for senior management
  • Vulnerability Assessment and Management related to Active Directory, DNS & Windows platforms
  • Active Directory consolidations including application integration working with application teams
  • Recommend security best practices to achieve stated business objectives, advises on risk assumptions for any variances granted, and provides alternatives to achieve desired end results


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Architecture and designing, solutions & Migrating Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows & End points
  • Strong Demonstrated experience with Active Directory migration tool or equivalent and consolidation of Global Forest and Domains. Hands on experience in successful consolidation of AD Forests and Domains
  • Good Knowledge on (MIM) Microsoft Identity Management 2016 or above, earlier versions would be a plus.
  • Must have hands-on experience working on Azure AD (Azure Active Directory)
  • Extensive Experience working as Azure Admin for enterprise Active Directory setup and maintenance
  • Strong experience in AD Trusts, two-way Trusts and one-way Trusts and deep knowledge of Active Directory Schemas and meta data
  • Strong Knowledge on Azure AD Identity Management & Integration with on premise
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory technologies, including authentication models, federation, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), conditional access policies and other relevant capabilities.
  • Knowledge of best practices in AD/Azure Privileged access management and modern AD/Azure Secured Administration practices
  • Strong PowerShell scripting
  • Strong Knowledge on IAM disciplines like PIM and Privilege Administrative Accounts PAM solutions such as CyberArk
  • Good knowledge on ADFS and Azure AD sync connectors
  • Strong familiarity with DNS Active Directory integrated, partitions and Infoblox & DHCP systems and Migration of services from Active Directory any platform
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in AD assessment in terms of OU delegation, GPOs, permission etc.,
  • Expertise in Active Directory versions 2003, 2008R2, 2012R2 & 2016, 2019 and Azure Active Directory
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in setting up lab based on the solution requirements
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and hands on experience in AD disaster recovery, Replication issues and resolution using tools such as repadmin
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and applying GPOs, especially related to domain consolidations
  • Good Knowledge on Active Directory & windows audit logs and levels and SIEM integration
  • Good knowledge on Networking, firewalls, including host firewalls, DNS, DHCP, DFS & Network load balancers and Secure Global Directory or Secure LDAP
  • Good knowledge on Cryptography, certificates, PKI, symmetric, asymmetric keys, Encryption & hash algorithms
  • Good knowledge on AD authentication protocols Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, LDAPS & LDAP-Start TLS
  • Good knowledge on Network log capturing & analyzing the network packet captures through the tools Wireshark, Tshark, Microsoft NM etc.,
  • Good knowledge on application integration with LDAP & Kerberos i.e. Keytab, krb5 etc.,
  • Good knowledge on AD migration tools like ADMT, Quest etc., knowledge on AD trusts, forest, domain tree structures, sites, DNS, GPOs, OU, FRS, DFSR.
  • Good knowledge on any Identity & Access Management tools like FIM, MIM, OIM, Quest etc.,
  • Exposure to SAML, OAuth, OpenID and other security/IAM related standards
  • Strong hands-on familiarity with host-based security solutions, Forensic & Investigation agents, and Compliance scanning and reporting, Hardening Active Directory
  • Knowledge of single sign-on, federation, active directory/LDAP, Kerberos/NTLM authentication & integrated Windows authentication
  • Good knowledge on Identity management and Role based access control, attribute-based access control & entitlement management

Our client is a leading organization leveraging cloud technologies to streamline their IT infrastructure, enhance scalability, and drive digital transformation. NTT DATA is partnering with the client to manage their end-to-end cloud architecture and infrastructure services, ensuring secure, cost-e ective, and highly available cloud solutions.

 

Position's General Duties and Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible or good to have skills for:

  • Good understanding of AWS/Azure Cloud Services IAAS/PAAS/SAAS
  • Designing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures on AWS/Azure platforms.
  • Add-on Automating cloud infrastructure deployments using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
  • Ensuring robust cloud network configurations, including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, and hybrid connectivity solutions (e.g., ExpressRoute, Direct Connect).
  • Monitoring and optimizing cloud performance, costs, and security compliance using industry-leading tools.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operational e iciency across cloud environments.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain high availability and service continuity.

 

Requirements for This Role Include:

  • Hands-on experience in AWS/Azure Cloud Platforms with a strong understanding of cloud services, architecture, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Python, PowerShell, or Bash is add on advantage
  • Solid knowledge of cloud networking, security, and identity management (e.g., IAM, RBAC, VPNs) is add on advantage
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or Git for CI/CD pipelines is add on advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts e        ectively.

Overview

We are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our Financial Services Advisory Practice where you will be working on a wide range of digital transformation and strategic change projects for our Banking partners. As an Industry Consultant you will provides clients with the advice and delivery support that they need with their key projects. Whether it is organising, managing, delivering or setting up solutions we need the very best people to join us.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management & delivery of complex multi-stream projects in accordance with Project Management Methodology, including managing project scope, schedule, financials, risk, issue, resourcing, and governance.
  • Planning & Management: document project scope, schedule and monitor delivery; organise and lead the Governance Fora; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage and monitor the programme’s cost/budget, project cash flow/invoicing; manage and correct deviations from plans; and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Dependency Management: coordinate early identification & management of external dependencies across the Programme.
  • Risk Management: communicate and manage Programme risks and issues.
  • Programme Roadmap: maintain a standardised visualisation of the roadmap of inflight deliverables and roadmap of what is coming up for onward portfolio reporting and tracking.
  • Monitoring Outcomes: monitor benefits realisation in the form of key outcome metrics.
  • Business Case & Financial Governance: coordinate and manage the development and implementation of the business case and financial management to project close out.
  • Product Owner and IT Partnership: partner with Product Owner and Solutions Delivery Manager in the overall achievement of programme/project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: partner with Product Owner, Solutions Delivery Manager to evolve governance processes and ways of working.

 

Experience / Knowledge

  • 5+yrs experience in project management in financial services.
  • Experience of delivery of complex projects and Strong presentation skills
  • Highly experienced in financial, stakeholder and people Management.
  • Experience of working on projects through the full life-cycle (from project initiation to closing)
  • Ability to positively engage and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders. Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Primary degree. Project management qualification (PMBOK/Prince2/PMP)
