We are currently seeking a Medicaid Procurement Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing Business Operations Support (BOS) for a state Medicaid Program. Working under the direction of the team manager, they will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables.  This Procurement Business Analyst will work with the client to develop request for proposal (RFP) documentation, contract amendments, business and system requirements for abroad array of software systems and services that support the Customer’s Medicaid Program. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of administration, management, and procurement processes, procedures, and best practices. It is preferred that this candidate has experience with State Government procurement processes, and leading team efforts.


Job Responsibilities Include:
•    Interface with state business users and vendors
•    Ensure procurement is aligned with the State and Federal standards
•    Coordinate delivery of all identified deliverables in accordance with agreed timeframes
•    Act as liaison with State project lead and other State procurement staff
•    Establish process and formats for collection of documentation to include in the procurement library
•    Establish and support the procurement evaluation process
•    Educate State staff related to process and standards for procurements
•    Support status report development and manage a procurement project schedule (in Microsoft Project)
•    Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their manager
•    Develop and present formal presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members, making applicable recommendations
•    Participate and/or lead in the creation of presentations and other materials for end user training


Required Qualifications:
•    Minimum 8 years of experience supporting or developing Health Care systems 
•    Minimum 5 years of experience supporting large, complex Medicaid system implementation projects and/or Medicaid business operations
•    Minimum 5 years of experience supporting one or more state Medicaid Programs / MMIS, including direct experience drafting and finalizing public sector procurement documents/materials such as: Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFI), Invitations for Bid (IFB), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and/or Task Orders (TOs)
•    Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating work groups and requirement gathering sessions resulting in input for procurement documents including RFPs/ITBs/RFIs
•    Undergraduate degree or 4 years’ additional relevant experience

Preferred Skills:
•    Experience translating Federal and State regulations into working requirements that are actionable by technical teams 
•    Experience working with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) vendors
•    Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
•    Experience and skill in the development and maintenance of Microsoft Project schedules
•    Ability to review deliverables and processes for quality and completeness
•    Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately in written and verbal English
•    Problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to exercise mature judgment
•    Prior experience working with state government staff and/or consultants
•    PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
•    Prior experience with Advance Planning Documents (APDs) 
 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,032- $135,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. 
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.

We are currently seeking a Deskside Services Technician to join our team in Wiston-Salem, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

The Deskside Services Technician will provide support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, and maintaining all desktop equipment, printers, software applications and mobile devices to ensure optimal performance. Support will be performed in person (on-site users) or via telephone/remote control (off-site users). 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment by identifying, researching and resolving technical problems.
  • Provide deskside assistance to resolve technology issues and provide how-to knowledge transfer to end users on a variety of computer-related issues.
  • Perform scheduled moves, installations, and cancellations, as well as other MAC-related tasks.
  • Provide quality level II support for users with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical knowledge and timeliness either by resolving the issue or escalating and coordinating efforts of other Information Technology staff.
  • Solve technical issues and/or investigate elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking known solutions to more complex problems or issues. Must know when to escalate issues not resolved at this level to management.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for issue tracking, ensuring all user requests for assistance are accompanied by a ticket and all tickets requiring follow-up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention.
  • Ensure all tickets are resolved within documented service levels.
  • Interact with asset management, network services, software systems engineering, applications development and/or printer maintenance services to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.
  • Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes, creating/updating KAs and SOPs.
  • Possess excellent presentation, verbal communication and written skills. 
  • Provide technology refresh support as needed.
  • All other tasks as assigned.

 

Work Environment

  • This job is performed indoors in an office setting.
  • This position requires the ability to move, carry, push, pull and/or lift up to 45 pounds, as well as climb under/around desks for cable management.

 

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, & Qualifications

  • AA Degree in related discipline and six (6) years’ experience or High School and seven (7) years’ experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a deskside services role supporting end users; troubleshooting and resolving all aspects of computer hardware and software. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite (Office 2016). 
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. 
  • Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and be able to handle pressure. Ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial.

 Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Dell hardware (laptop, desktop, tablet, 2-in-1) and Apple iPhone experience a plus.
  • Experience supporting audio/video and video teleconferencing equipment a plus.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification and/or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ Years’ experience in building MVC, MVVM, MVP architecture
  • 1+ Years’ experience in Rest API integrations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combined work and education experience

 

Preferred:

  • Any other native or hybrid mobile application development skills - Android, React Native etc.
  • Experience/knowledge of other Java script frameworks like Angular, Ionic, React Native and Flutter
  • Experience with various UI/UX designs
  • Experience with offline storage such as SQLite, Core Data, Realm.
  • Experience in UI components like UIKit, Core Animation, Auto layout, Size Classes, SnapKit
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
  • Experience Building and deploying the application and post-production Support.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps model.

The Field Tech/Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing advanced technical support and maintenance for equipment in the field. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software components, as well as providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support, device imaging, and configuration, as well as experience with inventory management and network connectivity.

 

This position is expected to start on June 1, 2025.

 

Client Desktop Support Role Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and optimize hardware and software components at various field locations
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on technology equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues and various error conditions
  • Provide technical support and incident management services
  • Manage inventory and adhere to device disposal processes
  • Document installation and repair activities
  • Teach customers how to use equipment properly
  • Maintain tools and equipment used during service calls
  • Serve as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters
  • Provide support for all client workstations and peripheral devices like printers, scanners, and barcode readers
  • Responsible for installing and maintaining all works station hardware and client software
  • Investigate and suggest new or enhancements to policies, procedures, practices, or other actions that would result in enhanced workflow, reduced cost, increased productivity and increased customer satisfaction

 

Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• On-Site and/or Remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of end user devices and associated peripherals devices like printers, scanners, and barcode readers

• Serve as company liaison with customer on technical issue associated with duties

• Install and support both Hardware and software components for end user devices

• Evaluate system configurations and software to ensure effective use of resources

• Provide level 1 technical support and incident management functions

• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems

• Perform maintenance and repair services

• Ensure customer satisfaction by advising on preventive maintenance and configuration optimization

• Provide project support as needed

  

** Expected physical condition: This position is a physical demanding position, which can include: routine walking, climbing ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, crawling, climbing stairs and the need to be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be flexibility with support coverage.

  

 **Expected Possible Local Travel: There may be times where you need to travel to nearby client locations. This local commuting is dependent on addressing necessary tickets that may come in that will need assistance. You must have your own reliable transportation.

 

Basic Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience desktop, deskside, and / or hardware support experience in a corporate environment

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Associates/BSIT, ITIL, MCP, MCDST, Network+ & Server+ certifications are a plus

We are currently seeking a Manager of Federal Income Tax (Remote) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

OVERVIEW
The Manager, Federal Income Tax will be responsible for maintaining processes and procedures designed to ensure that the Company meets its US Federal Income Tax compliance obligations.  You will be involved with all aspects of US income tax compliance activities including M-1 and tax return preparation, estimated tax payments, federal tax provision preparation and supporting federal audits.  This position will initially be part of the Finance integration team and ultimately be aligned with the Company’s Corporate Tax department. The development of effective working relationships with management, as well as finance and other operating personnel, located throughout the world is required.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    Responsible for managing the U.S. Federal Income Tax Compliance reporting to ensure all reporting obligations are satisfied completely, accurately and timely.  
•    Research, maintain and review tax return work papers for various book to tax differences.
•    Preparation and review of legal entity tax provisions, including current and deferred tax provisions, income tax payable and deferred tax asset/liability reconciliations, effective tax rate reconciliations, and related financial statement disclosures.
•    Maintain the federal tax policy, provide technical guidance and training.
•    Support federal income tax audits.
•    Keep up to date with current legislative developments.
•    Participate in various tax planning activities and research that involve a high degree of complexity.
•    Participate in and support ongoing integration projects/initiatives, and other special projects.

 

Desired Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. 
•    CPA and Masters of Taxation are preferred. 
•    5-7 years’ experience in large corporate tax environments, mix of industry and public accounting preferred.
•    Knowledge of accounting principles, corporate tax law and Microsoft Office suite of applications.
•    The ability to manage multiple, large projects/processes. 
•    Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced deadline driven environment. 
•    Detail oriented; strong research and analytical skills. 
•    Excellent presentation, communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills
•    Strong ability to establish interpersonal relationships with all levels in a multicultural environment.

  • Data Centre Ops Engineer responsible for managing all aspects of an enterprise Data Center to include deploying, maintaining and providing operational support for the data center environment.

  • Basic knowledge of Data Centre components such as Server, Storage, Network, Cabling (UTP, Fiber) etc.
  • Monitor the Data center servers status in terms of physical health check. 
  • Basic Monitor work and raise incident for appropriate action to be taken ( Monitoring only involves for first level of work )
  • Must be a JLPT N1 certified or native Japanese (preferred)

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect and Evangelist to join our Data and AI team. This position will work remotely from your home office located within the United States.  This role will require a minimum of 25% travel.

 

50% of this role will be architecting Data & AI solutions using Salesforce.  50% of this role will be sales based – partnering with Salesforce.

 

This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively. You will serve as a trusted advisor to external clients, enabling them to modernize their data ecosystems using Salesforce Data Cloud platform. Additionally, you will act as an evangelist to drive adoption and educate internal teams including client partners and sales executives, and customers about Salesforce capabilities.

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand business challenges, data requirements, and current technology ecosystems.
  • Design end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
  • Optimize Salesforce solutions for cost efficiency, performance, and reliability.

 

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead technical engagements, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Guide data engineers, analysts, and developers in implementing best practices on Salesforce.
  • Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards within Salesforce environments.

 

Evangelism & Enablement:

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce within the organization and for clients.
  • Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and technical presentations on Salesforce capabilities.
  • Create white papers, case studies, and reusable artifacts to showcase NTT DATA’s and Salesforce’s value proposition.
  • Build strong relationships with Salesforce account teams including their product managers and solution architects, contributing to co-marketing and joint go-to-market strategies.

 

Business Development Support:

  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to provide technical guidance during RFP responses and solutioning.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by showcasing Salesforce’s potential for extended use cases.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or analytics roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data solutions across industries.
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles, particularly with GSIs or enterprise customers.
  • Deep understanding of modern data architecture principles, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data sharing, performance optimization, and data security.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools (e.g., DBT, Informatica, Matillion, Fivetran, Talend).
  • Experience with BI/Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, schema design, and ELT pipeline development.
  • Understanding of cloud-native services for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, GCP Dataflow).
