The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is a developing engineering role, responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational.

Through the proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving of technical incidents and problems, the Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is able to restore service to clients.

The primary objective of this role is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA).

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity and focusses across two or more technology domains - Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications and / or Collaboration etc.

This role may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitors the work queues.
  • Performs operational tasks to resolve all incidents/requests in a timely manner and within the agreed SLA.
  • Updates tickets with resolution tasks performed.
  • Identifies, investigates, analyses issues and errors prior to or when they occur, and logs all such incidents in a timely manner.
  • Captures all required and relevant information for immediate resolution.
  • Provides second level support to all incidents, requests and identifies the root cause of incidents and problems.
  • Communicates with other teams and clients for extending support.
  • Executes changes with clear identification of risks and mitigation plans to be captured into the change record.
  • Follows the shift handover process highlighting any key tickets to be focussed on along with a handover of upcoming critical tasks to be carried out in the next shift.
  • Escalates all tickets to seek the right focus from CoE and other teams, if needed continue the escalations to management.
  • Works with automation teams for effort optimization and automating routine tasks.
  • Ability to work across various other resolver group (internal and external) like Service Provider, TAC, etc.
  • Identifies problems and errors before they impact a client’s service.
  • Provides Assistance to L1 Security Engineers for better initial triage or troubleshooting.
  • Leads and manages all initial client escalation for operational issues.
  • Contributes to the change management process by logging all change requests with complete details for standard and non-standard including patching and any other changes to Configuration Items.
  • Ensures all changes are carried out with proper change approvals.
  • Plans and executes approved maintenance activities.
  • Audits and analyses incident and request tickets for quality and recommends improvements with updates to knowledge articles.
  • Produces trend analysis reports for identifying tasks for automation, leading to a reduction in tickets and optimization of effort.
  • May also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.
  • May work on implementing and delivering Disaster Recovery functions and tests.
  • Performs any other related task as required.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Key Responsibilities

Marketing support – 70%

  • Works closely with the Marketing team to help with the development and execution of marketing campaigns in line with business objectives and revenue targets
  • Assists with the program coordination contributing to partners committing investment for incremental marketing activities or resources in the appropriate areas

The Director Construction is responsible for project oversight, direction, and strategy over multiple $100+ Million data center construction projects, particularly relating to safety, schedule, scope, budget, and quality.

What you'll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the preparation of scopes of work, safety, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

  • Responsible for leading construction teams to achieve project goals related to cost, schedule, and safety.

  • Oversees General Contractor, project teams, direct contractors (ex. Commissioning Agents), third party testing agencies, the project controls and MEP teams for each project.  Responsible for tracking project timelines to ensure milestones re being met by each of these entities.

  • Ensure construction team liaisons with Architect/Engineer to ensure preconstruction and construction activities are harmonious and coordination of activities happen in timely manner (ex. submittal approvals, RFI responses, etc.).

  • Leads the project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed.

  • Responsible for change management for projects.

  • Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure RDC approvals, and issue change orders.

  • Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk. Demonstrates ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

  • Provide constructability reviews and Value Engineering (VE) into design process.

  • Validate that drawings and specifications accurately reflect the desired construction quality and ensure any item requiring remediation is documented and remediated to owner satisfaction.

  • Ensure all field installations are in accordance with the design.

  • Ensure all Contractors and Suppliers are following safety best practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Understanding of Project Management, Planning, Construction Management, and Data Centers.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability in dealing with Owners, Architects, Contractors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Extensive knowledge of prime contracts including lump sum, GMP, hard bid, negotiated, design-build, etc.

  • Extensive knowledge of schedule, cost control, budgeting, and value engineering.

  • Familiarity of all aspects of building to include site work, core, and shell, mechanical and electrical, utilities, finishes, etc.

  • Ability to work in an international team environment and interact with all levels of management, including C-Suite reviews.

  • Strong executive presence – able to convey complex and technical concepts to a non-construction audience.

  • Must be very organized, analytical, and structured with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to demonstrate strong capability and expertise in Primavera, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • Able to be highly confidential.

  • Manages stress and/or fast pace effectively.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management or relevant field required.

  • 15+ years’ experience in any General and/or Specialty Construction Project Management with 10+ years with mission critical facilities a plus

  • Experience in managing $100M+ projects

  • Experience in urban environments with difficult logistics and fast-track schedules

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Primarily walking, standing, and bending on project site.

  • Able to hear and speak into a telephone.

  • Close visual work on a computer terminal.

  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.

  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • 60%: Construction jobsite at various levels of development

  •  This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with occasional need to be on-site in a shared space.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver’s license.

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.


NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $ 157,000 - $ 225,000.


All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.

The Principal Networking Managed Services Engineer is a highly skilled engineering role, responsible for creating and maintaining the Network Infrastructure of managed service to clients.

This role is a key technical leader responsible for designing, implementing and managing highly complex networking solutions for clients.

As a subject matter expert with extensive expertise in networking technologies and managed services, this role acts as a consultant in the field ensuring highly complex contracted Managed Services outcomes are delivered to the client.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates and maintains the Network Infrastructure of managed service to clients.
  • Provides highly technical or sophisticated in nature support across Networking technologies/Network solutions.
  • Provides consultancy support where fourth-line engineer teams were unable to resolve the problem.
  • Shares such knowledge, to resolve issues, documents them, and pushes the knowledge down to other engineers.

The Security Managed Services Engineer (L1) is responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their Firewall infrastructure remain operational through proactively identifying, investigating, and routing the incidents to correct resolver group. The Senior Client Project / Program Manager is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects classified as standard or complex.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to component project managers on individual project initiatives within the program.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 10 years of formal Project Management experience utilizing a consistent and methodical approach to project delivery based on PMI PMBOK standards and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects with focus on data center infrastructure and large-scale migrations, public cloud greenfield, brownfield, and transformation, as well as hybrid cloud.
  • Experience managing concurrent programs and project teams in a matrix organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Project Management work experience
  • PMI PMP or PgMP certification

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day management of Contract Lifecycle Management software.

  • Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of property.

  • Assisting with title and escrow process, reviewing documents and making recommendations

  • Review of incoming contracts to determine whether legal review is required under existing policies and procedures.

  • Organizes all incoming contracts and correspondence, including improvement of existing file system.

  • Ensures all contracts are properly screened, signed and stored.

  • Review of all final contracts for conformity with a checklist of key items to ensure accuracy, and obtain corrections if needed.

  • Revision of designated terms to conform to required standards, such as proper naming, formatting, dates of execution.

  • Compose and prepare legal correspondence, under the supervision of corporate counsel.

  • Gather and prepare information needed for meetings with internal managers or external sources.

  • Maintain, monitor, and update Salesforce and DocuSign templates and forms.

  • Periodic audit of Legal template use by other departments.

  • Track all Real Estate & Facilities, Critical Facilities Engineering, Construction, and Sales requests, follow up with legal team and provide updates to requesting department.

  • Interface with Sales as needed regarding sales orders and agreements in Salesforce.

  • Upload and circulate all contracts for execution, follow through on collection of all signatures and save final, completed document.

  • Maintain client contract termination information through Salesforce.com.  Interact with colleagues regarding updates and other changes/modifications.

  • Assist with review of Non-Disclosure Agreements.

  • Assist legal team in updating and revising significant contracts in coordination with other departments.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is a developing engineering role, responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational.

Through the proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving of technical incidents and problems, the Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is able to restore service to clients.

The primary objective of this role is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA).

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity and focusses across two or more technology domains - Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications and / or Collaboration etc.

This role may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitors the work queues.
  • Performs operational tasks to resolve all incidents/requests in a timely manner and within the agreed SLA.
  • Updates tickets with resolution tasks performed.
  • Identifies, investigates, analyses issues and errors prior to or when they occur, and logs all such incidents in a timely manner.
  • Captures all required and relevant information for immediate resolution.
  • Provides second level support to all incidents, requests and identifies the root cause of incidents and problems.
  • Communicates with other teams and clients for extending support.
  • Executes changes with clear identification of risks and mitigation plans to be captured into the change record.

  • Works with automation teams for effort optimization and automating routine tasks.

  • Identifies problems and errors before they impact a client’s service.
  • Provides Assistance to L1 Security Engineers for better initial triage or troubleshooting.
  • Leads and manages all initial client escalation for operational issues.
  • Contributes to the change management process by logging all change requests with complete details for standard and non-standard including patching and any other changes to Configuration Items.
  • Ensures all changes are carried out with proper change approvals.
  • Plans and executes approved maintenance activities.
  • Audits and analyses incident and request tickets for quality and recommends improvements with updates to knowledge articles.
  • Produces trend analysis reports for identifying tasks for automation, leading to a reduction in tickets and optimization of effort.
  • May also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.
  • May work on implementing and delivering Disaster Recovery functions and tests.

What you'll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops creative approaches to keep operational costs to a minimum, improve efficiency, and implement new strategies.  Systems of responsibility include:

  • Mechanical responsibilities will include chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, and humidification systems.

  • Electrical responsibilities will include electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load.

  • Fire Life Safety responsibilities will include wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated detection devices.

  • Tests performance of electromechanical assemblies and electronic voltmeters.

  • Reads blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical order to determine methods and sequences of processes.

  • Inspects parts for surface defects.

  • Installs electrical or electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using hand tools.

  • Aligns, fits or assembles component parts, using hand or power tools.

  • Operates, monitors, maintains, and responds to abnormal conditions in facilities systems. Areas include: Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Life Safety, and Building Monitoring and Control

  • Analyzes systems to ensure best practices for both internal and external customers

  • Provides feedback to DCO Engineering on the effectiveness of existing standards and processes

  • Works with contractors and consultants to review quality assurance for all system expansions, corrections, and upgrades

  • Works with the CF Ops Lead Technician to track and complete an aggressive preventive and predictive maintenance program

  • Ensures data center operates at maximum operational efficiency, including analyzing existing operating conditions, recommending new technologies and improving overall efficiency, and cost reduction. 

  • Manages systems to avoid unplanned customer-impacting events

  • Works with CF Ops Lead Technician to determine maintenance requirements for mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Regular, predictable attendance is essential to satisfactory performance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Possess an understanding of the mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems used in a data center environment including, but not limited to the following: electrical distribution and layout, Transformers, PLC’s, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, STS’, ATS’ PDU’s, Chilled Water Systems, CRAC/CRAH’s, Pre-Action Sprinkler Systems

  • Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, NFPA 25, and compliance issues as well as building codes in regard to fire life safety

  • Current knowledge in industrial safety best practices (i.e. lockout/tag out, arc flash protection, OSHA and state regulations)

  • Familiarity with data trending / tracking and analysis and the ability to utilize a PC based integrated critical monitoring systems

  • Ability to process Hands and Eye requests as required i.e., Tape Rotation, Rack and Stack of equipment, inventory hardware, power cycle devices, patch cable install/removal

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting large commercial and industrial systems including:

    • Chilled Water Systems

    • Large Centrifugal Chillers

    • Cooling Towers

    • Heat Exchangers

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $ 27.80 - $ 41.60 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour’ requirements.

As a Security Architect for Cybersecurity GTM in the APAC practice of NTT Data, Inc. Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a technology security SME that understands the threat landscape, architectural models and solutions and possessing the ability to discuss and present to senior client stakeholders and technical members

  • Support security consulting pre-sales work (e.g. writing SoWs, proposals etc.)
  • Support RFPs and large bids as a security SME working jointly with multi-BU stakeholders
  • Be flexible to acquire new skills and show willingness in learning/re-learning and un-learning things as needed for the success of this role and the overall cybersecurity practice

  • Required degree level education, or significant experience and track record with tertiary qualifications on relevant domains, including computer science, computer engineering and information security
  • Being certified in CISSP, GIAC, Security+, CCSE, CCSK, CRISC will be an added advantage
  • Certified in Tier-1 Security OEMs solution/capabilities

The Data Center Technician Apprentice is an entry level position that will work closely with Data Center Technicians to further develop and enhance their knowledge base & skills set. This position will also be responsible to effectively carry out the duties and the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way. The Data Center Apprentice is expected to recognize data center problems and ensure they are quickly identified and properly escalated and if possible repaired quickly, provide oversight of contractors to deliver quality services, and that internal customer demands are met. The Data Center Technician Apprentice will develop their skills with hands on work, training, performing requested tasks, assisting in building rounds and maintenance.

What you'll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in multiple facility systems, areas include: Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Life Safety, and Building Monitoring and Control.

    • Mechanical areas of responsibility include: data center cooling solutions, to include chilled water systems and components, various HVAC systems such as roof top units, split units, DX, CRAC/CRAH units, and humidification systems, as well as Kyoto Cooling if so equipped.

    • Electrical areas of responsibility include: electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main entrance switchgear through the UPS systems and distribution out to the customer load, and include load bank operations.

    • Plumbing areas of responsibility include: all water supply piping , fixtures, meters, backflow preventers, water heaters, boilers and plumbing fixtures, such as drinking fountains, sinks, sink drain, traps, trap primers, urinals and commodes, and also internal and roof drain systems.

    • Control system areas of responsibility include: electrical and mechanical controls systems operations and expected user knowledge.   

    • Fire Life Safety area of responsibility include: wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated fire detection devices and associated control system.

  • Work with contractors and consultants for all system expansions, corrections and upgrades

  • Work with the CFOps Data Center Technicians to determine the buildings maintenance requirements for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, control and fire life safety systems

  • Assists the CFOps Data Center Technicians to track, document, and complete an aggressive preventive and predictive maintenance schedule

  • Ensure data center operates at maximum operational efficiency, including analyzing existing operating conditions, recommending new approaches to operations and/or technologies, and improving overall efficiency and cost reduction. Assist with the management of data center systems to avoid unplanned, customer-impacting events

  • Assist with the management of data floor and back of house/hotel load mechanical and electrical loading capacity thereby ensuring best use of available power and that the cooling system is operating at its highest efficiency

  • Perform data trending / tracking and analyze the data

  • Provide feedback to DCO Engineering on the effectiveness of existing standards and processes

  • Develop technical writing skills in regard to the research & development of procedures for preventative or corrective maintenance activities.

  • Install hot and cold aisle isolation barriers.

  • Maintain client cages on the data floor.

  • Order, track and restock facility related consumable items and parts ensuring performance at the lowest possible cost.

  • Regular, predictable Attendance is essential for satisfactory performance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Has a demonstrated technical ability applicable to data center operations as well as, innovative thinking cross functionally, including integrated systems and information technology (IT) experience

  • Entry level knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including, but not limited to the following: electrical distribution and layout, transformers, PLC's, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, STS', ATS' PDU's, Chilled Water Systems, CRAC/CRAH's, Pre-Action Sprinkler Systems

  • Entry level knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, NFPA 25, and compliance issues as well as building codes in regard to fire life safety

  • Entry level knowledge in industrial safety best practices (i.e. lockout/tag out, arc flash protection, OSHA and state regulations)

  • Ability to rapidly learn and use PC based, integrated critical monitoring and control systems

  • Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $ 22.70 - $ 34.10 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour’ requirements.

This role is responsible for search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), digital advertising, paid social media marketing, content syndication, ABM platforms (Terminus) and emerging digital channels.

This role typically works under guidance of more experienced Digital Marketing Specialists.

What you'll be doing

  • 5 years of experience in social listening / digital analytics
  • Prior experience using Social Listening tools (such as Brandwatch, Brand24, Socialbakers, Digimind, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc) is highly preferred.
  • Passionate about the cosmetics space
  • Advanced Excel skills including tools related to data extraction, manipulation and data visualisation
  • Strong ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (with strong ability to read and write)
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the aptitude to pick up new skills quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate storytelling or the communication of complex information in a simplified way
  • Experience working with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google AdWord etc
  • Educational background in Statistics / Economics / Computer Science (Degree or equivalent)
