We are currently seeking a OIPA Sr. Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
OIPA Sr. Developer
OIPA Support analyst will work directly with members of the production support, business and technical teams to review and maintain existing business and technical requirements used to configure the OIPA system, resolving issues related to data, interfaces, integrations or cycles.
Primary Role Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work on problems involving the evaluation of specifications for complex existing business requirements and processes to maintain and modify the technical/functional and documents.
- Work with Service Management, internal and external stake holders to provide solutions
- Perform functional gap analysis, review design documentation and participate in design reviews
- Review and interpret architectural and technical design documents to develop complex OIPA transactions and processes using best practice OIPA configuration techniques
- Review logical queries, calculations, reporting and complex formulas to troubleshoot the tickets
- Develop Technical configuration and SOP Documents
- Perform code reviews, migrations smoke testing
- Strong understanding of OIPA database schema and relational objects inherent to it
- OIPA daily Activity Error Report Review
- Document and share findings with the build team if the issue need to be fixed
- OIPA Cycle Support – Failures, SLAs exceeded
- • Fluent in OIPA integration patterns (AS file, OIPA extensions, Web Services/API)
- Troubleshoot REST or SOAP services for integration failures or issues
- Expertise in entity based logical modeling and data throughput optimization
- Provide XSLT and OIPA configuration support for migrations or troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align business intent with system behavior
- Understanding of OIPA schema and ability build SQL statements for application data related issues.
Requried Skills:
- Excellent working knowledge of insurance life and health products for individual, group and worksite markets
- 4 years of hands on configuration experience on life or health products using OIPA V10 or V11
- LOMA certification and knowledge of typical insurance business functions including: underwriting and policy issue, payment processing, monthaversary, anniversary, disbursement, withdrawal, correspondence, nonforfeiture, lapse processing, state reporting, billing, policy servicing, product set-up, , health claims processing, life claims processing
- Knowledge of Oracle SOA and BPM is desired
- Experience or Knowledge of OIPA interface configuration
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, , Finance, Computer Science, or other equivalent working experience

Overview
Interacts with clients through telephone, email and online in response to inquiries. Provides information pertaining to client requests. Applies knowledge of systems and operations in support of assigned client group. Resolves client questions, complaints and requests, frequently involving some policy interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a customer through the complete implementation and deployment process of a property management system.
- Develop and maintain a strong supporting relationship with the property through phone calls and emails.
- Ensure that all appropriate information is provided, received, and verified in preparation for a successful deployment or upgrade of the PM system at property level.
- Develop pre-work for property administrative tasks and configurations to ensure compliance to brand standards for room types, standard and local rate plans.
- Manage the customer relationship through the deployment process to ensure satisfaction. Schedule and monitor the completion of the installation.
- Provide updates to vendors when necessary.
- Complete all necessary review of configuration documents and successfully initiate and complete cutover and balancing of inventory for installs, escalating when necessary to the appropriate groups.
- Responsible for managing multiple relationships for deployment at the same time.
Key Skills
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English Languages
- Have prior hotel work-experience in front-office or other direct customer interface roles
- Computer savvy resources with analytic and troubleshooting skills and a knack to find solutions to technology-based problems
- Knowledge of central reservations systems, property management systems, revenue management systems and global distribution systems considered a plus
Desirable skills
Experience in planning, implementation and deployment of Property Management Systems (PMS) such as OperaPMS.

Summary of Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled techno-functional Business analyst who has worked on Payments domain. What you will do:

Required Skillset
Domain Expertise:
- Must have in-depth solutioning experience in Banking Domain with focus on payments.
- Good to have the ability to read and understand regulatory changes such as SWIFT / SEPA rulebooks and understand requirements.
Technical Skills:
- Should have the ability to understand As-is and gather requirements.
- Knowledge of payment system and technologies (ISO 20022, EMV, tokenization)
- Familiarity with Database, scripting, Microservice architecture.
Analytical Skill:

NTT DATA is seeking an IT Audit Manager with SOX audit experience to join our team supporting one of our prominent Real Estate/ Commercial Clients, whose main headquarters is located in Pomona, California.
The ideal candidate for this position will have 5+ years of experience conducting Gap Assessments and Regulatory Compliance Assessments across organizational assets (On-prem and Cloud) related to SOX, NIST CSF, CIS and other relevant standards, identifying areas of improvement, and developing mitigation measures or additional controls.
The IT Audit Manager will lead an Internal Audit Program, as an individual contributor, responsible for development and maintenance of an annual SOX Audit program, coupled with responsibility for leading other internal audits as part of the program.

Audit Program Management:
- Develop and maintain cross-organizational relationships; Establish strategic partnership with control owners, second line of defense, and privacy leaders

IT General Controls:
- Assess and evaluate IT General Controls (ITGCs) related to access management, change management, system development, and more

Audit Support:

Process, Policy, and Procedure:

- Work with process owners to identify and understand new business processes or changes to existing processes including process narratives, related flowcharts
Continuous Program Improvement:
- Identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and participate toward enhancing IT Audit and Compliance processes and control effectiveness based on audit findings and industry trends
**Must reside in the U.S. as this is a Hybrid position. Remote and partial onsite work (expected T, W, Th ; standard 8am-5pm PST) at the client’s Pomona, California location.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience managing IT audit engagements, and to include:
- Ability to drive IT teams and escalate where necessary to ensure timely delivery of audit and compliance services
- Ability to manage competing priorities and comfortable to work through ambiguity
- 5+ years of experience conducting Gap Assessments and Regulatory Compliance Assessments

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
