We are currently seeking an Azure Data Engineer tto join our team in Mexico.
Key Responsbilities:
- Provide production support for Azure-based data platforms.
- Monitor, Analyze, and resolve data pipeline issues and Databricks workflow issues, job failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and create knowledge base documentation for recussing issues.
- Act as a point of escalation for critical incidents, ensuring tiemely commnication and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams including DevOps, Cloud Infra, and business stakeholders.

Required Skill and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Azure services.

- Proficient in Azure SQL: query optimization, monitoring, debug issues, data mapping.
- Excelent problem-solving and analytical skills, with focus on root cause resolution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English and spanish), with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ITIL Process (incident, change, and problem managment) is a plus

- Assists with client-managed equipment at the client site and property management, including maintenance and control of property records, accountable property inventories, equipment maintenance, and identification and disposition of excess and real property;

- Assists administrative staff with planning, coordinating, scheduling, escorting, managing, and inspecting special projects related to custodial and maintenance work; and

Basic Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Hunter Role: Originate and close new business at the C-Level, VP, and Director level within the Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Semiconductor, and Software industries.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of sales experience in Technology Solutions, Consulting Services, and/or Digital IT Solutions, with at least 70% experience in selling our portfolio of services
- Minimum of 5 years of current industry experience selling into Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Semiconductor, and Software clients
- Proven record of closing multi-million dollar IT Services and Solutions deals in the $25-30M+ range.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (additional 4 years of work experience).
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual quotas of $16M+.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $172,000 - $287,000 . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Work with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective operating environment
